Please Read Through Everything Carefully
When you submit an inquiry going forward with a commission, you (the client) must agree to the following with me (the artist):
Full payment is required upfront before work begins. An option for 50% upfront is also acceptable, but remainder 50% is due upon approval of the sketch phase. Payment via PayPal in USD only* (*eTransfer in CAD available to Canadians)
The client will receive high-resolution digital artwork(s) to their provided email address, within the accepted estimated timeline. Delay in communication from the client or excess revisions may result in a prolonged work timeline.
Commission will be automatically declined and cancelled if the commission contains subject matter from the "will not draw" list or the client uses hate speech or derogatory language.
The artist has the rights to cancel and/or fully or partially refund, or extend the client's commission if the artist feels they cannot complete the work do to any of the following reasons; natural disaster, life emergency, impossible deadline, the client breaking TOS. This will be communicated promptly with the client.
Once the sketch phase has been approved there will be no refunds.
Artwork will be used for personal use only. Commercial license is available at double the cost. (If you intend on using the artwork for monetary gain, that is considered commercial use)
Artwork will not be used for NFTs, or used for AI in any way shape or form.
The client retains all rights to the design, and the artist retains rights to the artwork.
The artist must be properly credited when artwork is posted anywhere online, and included in description if for a VTuber model.
The artist may post low-quality and watermarked finished artwork online unless explicitly told otherwise
